What delivery means here
Every product is a PDF report or a set of consultation questions, generated after payment and delivered in two ways at once:
- On the page you paid on, which updates by itself when the report is ready.
- By e-mail, as a permanent link to your order page, from which the PDF can be downloaded at any time. That link keeps working and does not require an account or a password.
How long it takes
- The simple Kundali report and the guides: usually 1-3 minutes.
- The detailed Kundali book: usually 5-10 minutes, because it is much longer.
- Consultation questions: immediately.
If a report has not arrived within 24 hours of payment, it has failed and you are entitled to a full refund - see the refund and cancellation policy.
Delivery charges
There are none. The price shown at checkout is the whole amount, and it includes GST.
If you do not receive it
Check the spam folder for the order e-mail first, then write to support@rashikundli.com with the e-mail address you used. The order page link works without logging in, so we can always send it again.
